the variety of pools impressed me. i found a heated pool that was great. the cleanliness of the grounds was also notable. i appreciated that the staff worked hard to maintain a super clean environment.
i noticed the internal doors required manual closing. this caused them to get stuck often. the food became repetitive across all restaurants. i found it hard to find much variety after a few days.

the rooms were very clean. housekeeping made sure the room was super clean daily. the pools are a highlight. i enjoyed access to many swimming areas across neighboring hotels. the staff was amazing!!! they were always helpful and kind.
the food was repetitive. i ate the same dishes almost every day. the evening entertainment was not good. it felt more like a talent show than professional entertainment. the music around the melody pool was very loud.

The staff were helpful and cute. Arefat at the melody bar provided excellent service. I found the workers very friendly. Everyday I found food I loved (especially chicken and rice!).
The internal doors require manual closing before operation (it was a bit annoying). Guests struggle with this detail.

The room was spacious and clean with effective air conditioning. Good storage was available. Daily cleaning service changed towels and restocked coffee and water. The bathroom size was adequate, and the room included a large balcony.
